Tiny Owl Dispatch No. 7: Wrapping Up Our Green-themed Month
Some green recipes to help inspire you to develop your own to use in your nature journal as well as updates and news.
Hi, friends!
The color green is so prevalent with some version always present in nature. So even if you use a pre-mixed green, knowing how to build and manipulate any shade is information that you can use to customize a commercially made paint.
I want to share with you some of my green recipes for watercolor. Below I have swatches as well as some “exercises” for you to use as a guide as you explore this color (or any color). Take it as inspiration. If you have the same colors as I do, terrific. It’s also fantastic if you don’t. Use what you have to come up with recipes that work for you.
